Building a House

After endless hours of searching for existing real estate, sometimes the only option is find the land and build a house.  This project started as bare land and needed a lot of excavating, a well, septic system and even an address.  Northwest Project Manager kept this project moving forward as decisions on floor plan, floors, counters and light fixtures seemed to go on forever.  All the effort created a three bedroom 2.5 bath house in rural Clackamas County.  If you have questions on the house building process or would like someone to manage the details of the build, please contact us today.
